Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to the US, UK and throughout Europe. We are working on expanding our reach to more "shared homes" worldwide soon.
How much does shipping cost?
UK & Europe: Free Shipping on orders over £60. For orders under £60, rates are calculated at checkout.
International shipping: Free Shipping on orders over £100. For orders under £100, rates are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original, unused condition—free from pet hair, odors, and signs of wear.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great pride in our quality control. However, if an item arrives with a fault, please contact us at support@siestasiesta.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.

Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes. In line with our commitment to the planet, all Siesta orders are shipped in recyclable packaging. We believe in beauty that doesn't cost the earth.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Each Siesta order is wrapped with care to feel like a gift. If you wish to include a handwritten note for a fellow pet lover, please leave your message in the "Notes" section at checkout.

Are your fabrics safe for sensitive pets?
Absolutely. Our Signature Stripe Blanket is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, meaning every thread has been tested for harmful substances. Our Nido Cushion uses a natural cotton-linen blend that is breathable and hypoallergenic, ideal for pets with sensitive skin.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my Signature Stripe Blanket?
To preserve the delicate knit texture, we recommend a separate, low-temperature wash and dry cycle. Always use a laundry bag and limit the cycle to a maximum of 15 minutes. To extend the fabric’s lifespan, you may add a touch of fabric softener and always dry flat.
How do I clean the Nido Cushion?
The Nido features a seamless, hardware-free construction to ensure safety and a clean silhouette. As it is a one-piece design, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth or professional dry cleaning. Avoid submerging the cushion in water to maintain the integrity of its high-resiliency filling.
