At Siesta, we strive for every "shared pause" to be perfect. If your purchase isn’t quite right for your home or your companion, we are here to help you navigate the return process with ease.
The 14-Day Return Window
We really hope you and your fur friend love our products as much as we do. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to offer a 14-day return window.
Condition for Returns
To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, we can only accept returns that meet the following criteria:

Unused & Original Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition you received them—unwashed, unused, and free from any signs of wear.

Pet Hair & Odors: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns that have pet hair, dander, or odors on them. We recommend inspecting the product in a hair-free environment before allowing your pet to use it.

Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original Siesta packaging, including all tags and labels.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@siestasiesta.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Please ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: For standard returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, Siesta will cover the cost of the return and provide a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3–5 business days), we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. If you would like a different color or size, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order on our website.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@siestasiesta.com.
