At Siesta, we believe the arrival of a package should be the beginning of a gentle ritual. We take great care in ensuring your essentials for "shared pauses" are delivered with the same thoughtfulness that went into their design.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping 

We offer free shipping within UK & EU for orders over £60. For orders under £60, shipping rates are shown at checkout. 

International shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery

UK: 4-6 business days

EU: 5-7 business days

US: 7-10 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has left our hands, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can follow your package’s journey as it makes its way to you and your companion.

Damages and Delivery Issues

Your satisfaction is our priority.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@siestasiesta.com within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the packaging and the damaged item.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we remain responsible for your goods until they are safely in your possession.
